Online orders will be processed 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. All orders will receive a tracking number. Once the shipping provider has received the order, we are no longer responsible for it.

Issues regarding package location or delays should be addressed directly with the shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for paying any return shipping on styles that are returned or exchanged.

Customers are also responsible for paying additional shipping if they provide an incorrect shipping address and their order is returned or undeliverable.
