Returns are valid for STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of a one-time use gift card. No refunds will be issued. Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days after receiving your order.

Clothing items must be NEW, UNWORN, UNWASHED and tags attached. Once we receive your item(s) for return, we will inspect it for use. If the item does not appear to be used, we will issue you a one-time use gift card.

If you are unsure of your size, please contact us BEFORE placing your order online to avoid the need for a return or exchange of styles.

Please, DO NOT attempt to return an item if the above criteria is not met. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items must have original tags attached. Items must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.) Items must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage.

Color(s) of items online may differ in person than when viewed on computer screens, smart phones, tablets or other devices.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items. All jewelry/accessories, personal items/bodysuits, and any styles marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
